Work process
I am very flexible, able to work both remotely and in-person with my clients: in collaboration with the Communications & Marketing Manager or directly with the owner of the company. Some basic steps are followed:
STEP 1
Attentive listening of the customer’s communication requirements, insight into their project / core business, analysis of their existant graphics, own ideas and competitors.
STEP 2
Estimation of the time, budget and resources required to complete the task and reach the objectives. Presentation of the offer and signature of the agreement.
STEP 3
Brainstorming, design process and presentation of proposals and ideas to the client. Two or three correction phases are usually needed before validation.
STEP 4
The corrections phase is completed, the new design is validated and ready to be launched in the different media. The marketing, promotion and follow up phase begins.
